High Density Scheme

Medium Density Scheme
Stand size: 400m² - 800m²

Growth Point Development
Our Growth Point Schemes focus on developing housing in designated growth points across Zimbabwe. These fully serviced stands provide affordable housing options in developing areas.
Standard Scheme
Stand size: 180m² - 300m²
Affordable housing options in growth points for individuals and small families.
Superior Scheme
Stand size: 400m² - 1000m²
Larger stands in growth points for families who need more space.
Rural Housing Solutions
Our Rural Schemes focus on constructing decent and affordable houses on members' own land in rural areas. We provide quality housing solutions for the rural populace.
Kumusha/Ekhaya Scheme
3-roomed house (flat roof) and a Blair toilet
Basic but decent housing solution for rural homesteads.
Mbozha/Isikhulu Scheme
4-roomed house (gable), Blair toilet, and a Well
Enhanced rural housing solution with additional features for comfort.


Credit Facility Scheme
Our Housing Loan Scheme provides financial support to members who have been allocated stands but do not have enough money to construct their houses. The loan is payable over 5 years.
Credit Facility Scheme
The Trust will not disburse cash as a loan but will supply building materials based on the plan submitted.

Our Service Models
AFFORDABLE CRESTACO PROPERTIES programs are underpinned by three models.
Members subscribe and contribute financially towards site acquisition up to site and service development. Each member's contributions go towards all the costs necessary to develop and service their portion of stands.
We acquire virgin land then through our membership contributions, outsource technical skills and expertise to develop the housing project to fully serviced scheme level, evidenced by a Certificate of Compliance.
We enter into joint ventures with private/public ownership of virgin land and engage technical funding partners to provide specialized services throughout the housing project cycle development process.

We utilize modern design and planning techniques to ensure that our housing developments are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our team works with experienced architects and planners to create housing solutions that meet the needs of our members.
From initial concept to final construction, we maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail. Our designs take into account local conditions, materials availability, and cultural preferences.
